Dear Parent/Carer.

As you may be aware, our school population is growing and we have increasing numbers of younger pupils attending our academy.   Next year there will be approximately 81 pupils in our Key Stage One phase.

The academy will be providing smaller class sizes and bigger adult to pupil ratios for these pupils.

Once again, we have split Key Stage 1 into three classes, which have been created with a mix of ability throughout each class. The three classes will be:

• Y1 – Mrs Sumner & Mrs Ritchie
• Y1/2 – Miss Tulip
• Y2 – Miss Bradley & Miss Welsh

 The proposed class for your child is: Y1 – Mrs Sumner & Mrs Ritchie
