01 Oct An Apple A Day…
It has gone apple crazy in school this morning thanks to one Riverside pupil. Owen from Year 6 collected a huge bag full of juicy green apples from the tree in his garden over the weekend, and has brought them into school to share with everyone. He has even given a bag to the kitchen staff and he hopes they can make a delicious crumble for us to try this week. Well done Owen!
Children in Nursery, Reception and KS1 receive a piece of free fruit everyday and the children in KS2 can purchase a fruit snack at play time.
